I spend most of my time dealing with corporate and commercial clients, many with a particular involvement in the entertainment, media and intellectual property sectors. I think that my no-nonsense, call-it-as-it-is approach is welcomed by my clients, who recognise that although I may not always tell them what they want to hear, my advice is always based on what I believe is best for them and their business. It gives me a considerable amount of personal satisfaction to offer commercially viable solutions to the various legal issues facing my clients. They range from small sole traders to multi-national billion euro group companies, to whom I provide candid counsel with practical, real-world advice.

This has proven to be particularly useful for my corporate and commercial clients, most notably in the property area. This can range from major company property deals to the property elements of franchise negotiations to insolvent estate issues, all of which entail precision and an acute awareness of the commercial implications of various actions. I also employ my attention to detail and efficiencies to residential conveyancing where I have considerable experience, which enables me to guide and support my clients through each step of a property transaction.

My clients appreciate my practicable and empathetic approach which carries over to other areas of work that I do, including probate administration and will drafting, personal injury litigation, debt recovery, employment law and conveyancing.
